GOOD FI GO understands the importance of time that is why our motto is that we will be early or ontime there is no such thing as a Jamaican time, there is only one time and that’s the real time.
ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

The GOOD FI GO Founders believe in equality with the natural ability to lead and an advocate for the voiceless. We are a forward-thinking family-owned restaurant that strives to provide service with a smile, being friendly/welcoming and keeping it consistent.
GOOD FI GO will bring families, friends and community together in one place by providing great food, going above and beyond with excellent customer service and exceptional communication experience. We will only employ people that love to serve and help others.

We offer flavourful authentic dishes that everyone can enjoy despite their diet restriction.
We are very unique and diverse in the service that we provide and this was as a result of La'Koya working in Long-term care for over 20+ years as well as caring for her Legally Blind father with many diet restrictions who often wanted the same meal that was prepared for everyone else.
GOOD FI GO is not only a Jamaica/Caribbean restaurant, it's a Jamaican/Canadian restaurant. We cater to Canadians as a whole so an example would be if we have ackee and saltfish served with fried dumpling we would also have egg, sausage and bacon served with toast.
